My name is Jessica and I am immensely passionate about health and fitness. As an elite athlete I have been active my entire life and have learn’t over the years many lessons about well- being. Whether this be about mental strength, nutrition or exercise, I have found that an overall balance works best.
Like the old philosphe says, ‘everything in moderation’.
I enjoy being creative, practicing yoga, reading books and lazy weekends. I also have a positive outlook on life and believe everyone can get the best out of themselves. Currently I hold an accredited swim coaching license but am also looking into completing a personal training course over the next year.
I hope this blog is somewhere for people to gain knowledge and insight into what it means to live a balanced life, as well as find inspiration for their own goals. I intend to fill it with advice, creative recipes and interesting topics.
